INGREDIENTS
225g Digestive Biscuits, crushed
5 tablespoons Caster Sugar
60g Butter, melted
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degree
In a medium bowl, mix together the crushed digestives, sugar and melted butter. Place mixture in a 23cm tart tin and press firmly into bottom and sides of tin.
Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes.
